DHL Supply Chain Logistics Manager

DHL Supply Chain seeks an Operations Manager II to oversee warehouse performance, customer orders, and leadership on the night shift.

Working Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, you will help ensure smooth, efficient warehouse operations. You will collaborate with site leadership, Human Resources, customers, and cross-functional teams. Your work will address productivity, accuracy, safety compliance, hiring, and continuous improvement while supporting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency
• Compile KPI reports supporting informed operational decisions
• Facilitate communication among leadership and associates
• Partner with Human Resources on Supervisor hiring
• Fulfill customer orders promptly with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Logistics industry experience of at least one year
• Supervisory or management experience of at least two years
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• P&L management experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
