About the Opportunity

The Field Marketing Manager, Dayforce Wallet / Flex Pay will execute customer marketing programs for one of Dayforce's most important employee financial wellness solutions. This role will focus on driving awareness, education, adoption, and utilization of Flex Pay through coordinated customer campaigns, lifecycle programs, and close partnership with Customer Success Management and cross-functional marketing teams.

You will help bring the Dayforce Wallet and Flex Pay value propositions to life through targeted programs, customer-facing content, and campaign execution that support Customer Success engagement, increase the number of employees eligible for the program, and encourage pay-on-demand adoption—a key driver of revenue.

This is an individual contributor role for a strong B2B marketer who can manage programs end-to-end, execute effectively across channels, and use customer and performance insights to continuously improve results.

What You'll Get to Do

  • Execute customer marketing programs for Dayforce Wallet / Flex Pay across the customer lifecycle, supporting efforts to increase awareness, education, adoption, utilization, and expansion.
  • Partner with Customer Success and other customer-facing teams to understand customer needs, common adoption barriers, and program opportunities, and translate those insights into effective campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated programs aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, including lifecycle communications, customer emails, webinars, newsletters, events, enablement materials, and account-based customer activations.
  • Adapt messaging and campaign content for different customer segments, use cases, and lifecycle stages, ensuring communications are clear, relevant, and actionable.
  • Manage campaign execution, including timelines, briefs, asset coordination, approvals, stakeholder communications, launch readiness, and post-campaign follow-up.
  • Monitor campaign and program performance using Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting tools, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, adoption, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Support audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and personalization efforts to improve reach, relevance, and conversion.
  • Contribute customer insights and campaign learnings to quarterly business reviews, planning activities, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Maintain high standards for execution quality, process consistency, content governance, and asset management across customer marketing programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, reporting processes, and team efficiency, including the use of AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
  • Travel up to 20% to support customer programs, events, and planning sessions.
  • Skills and Experience We Value

  • Five or more years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in field marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, account-based marketing, or segment marketing.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable customer engagement, adoption, utilization, pipeline influence, or revenue-related outcomes.
  • Experience working with Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, Client Services, or similar customer-facing teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer marketing and lifecycle engagement principles, including education, adoption, utilization, retention, and expansion.
  • Ability to translate product value and customer pain points into effective campaign execution and customer-facing communications.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience using campaign and performance data to evaluate results and recommend improvements.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, marketing automation platforms, or similar campaign and reporting tools.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and collaborate across Marketing, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • What Would Make You Stand Out

  • Experience with HCM, HR technology, payroll, earned wage access, employee financial wellness, workforce management, benefits, or employee experience solutions.
  • Experience marketing solutions that require both employer-level buy-in and employee-level adoption.
  • Strong storytelling skills, particularly around customer value, employee impact, financial wellness, and product adoption.
  • Experience supporting lifecycle personalization, customer engagement programs, or adoption-focused campaigns.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve campaign execution, reporting, workflow automation, or content quality.
