Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem | Home Care

Protouch Staffing is currently seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for per diem opportunities in both home care and hospital settings throughout the Chicagoland area. These assignments offer flexibility and allow you to work based on your availability and preferred schedule.

Position Overview

• CNAs will provide direct patient care and support in home care environments and hospital settings. Hospital assignments require prior hospital experience.
• Home Care Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Meal preparation
• Stand-by assistance with mobility and daily activities
• Monitoring patient safety and well-being
• Assisting with basic personal care
• Providing companionship and support as needed

Coverage Area

Assignments available across 40+ Chicagoland zip codes. Shifts are offered based on your preferred schedule, travel distance, and availability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification listed on the IDPH registry
• Minimum 1 full year of CNA experience within the last 3 years
• Prior hospital experience required for hospital assignments
• Current BLS/CPR certification (hands-on course required)
• High School Diploma or official transcripts required
• Health and Compliance Requirements
• TB test within the last 12 months
• Physical Health Statement within the last 12 months
• Record of MMR and Varicella immunizations within the last 10 years
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Schedule

Per Diem - shifts are offered as needed and scheduled based on your availability, preferred shift times, and travel preferences.
