Experience Requirements

  • Ideally from a Call Center/Concierge/Service industry - emphasis on an organization that offers "white glove service" to their customers
  • Someone who can be the local leader for HR but also get in the weeds
  • Heavy Employee relations - employee & managerial coaching, investigations, performance management, HRIS data analysis on people trends
  • They are in heavy growth mode right now, so someone that can be flexible and handle a lot of changes in personnel as they grow the location out
  • Will be the face of local onboarding
  • Some office manager duties - facilities, IT, office vendors, office logistics, leadership meetings, engagement initiatives, etc.
  • Scrappy, energized, white-glove service, pushing employees to be customer focused

Company Environment / Skills Preferred

The call center opened Nov 2025

They are facing internal people challenges - they are hiring so quickly because they need the center to be up and running, so there is a large learning curve for the employees and this person will be the one coaching employees on best practices
