Role Overview

As an Online Information Processing Clerk, you will be a vital part of the firm's administrative support team. Your core responsibility is to accurately process, organize, and manage information—both digital and subsequently physical—into the firm's systems. This ensures legal teams have seamless access to well-organized and accessible data for ongoing litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Data Management

Accurately input client, matter, or filing information into the firm's case management or document systems.

Scan and upload physical documents—pleadings, correspondence, court filings—into digital repositories with proper labeling and indexing.

Review OCR outputs for accuracy and correct any misread or incomplete data. (Wikipedia)

Document Organization & Retrieval

Maintain digital filing systems: ensure documents are correctly classified for efficient retrieval.

Assist legal staff by locating and providing requested files or materials in response to case needs.

Quality Control & Process Support
