About the Position

REQUIREMENTS:

• BLS
• IV CERT PREFERRED
• NURSING HOME EXPERIENCE
• TENNESSEE LPN LICENSE
• Short Term Rehab and Long Term care Residents
• Rounds, medication administration
• Supervise CNAs
• Wound care possible
• AT LEAST 1 YEAR LONG TERM CARE EXPERIENCE
