Order Management Specialist – Americas (ERP & Salesforce)

AVEVA, a global software leader, is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Calgary to coordinate the booking-to-invoice process across sales, legal, finance and operations. You will validate orders in Salesforce, enter them in ERP, and ensure timely invoicing and accurate revenue recognition.

You will support the invoicing team, maintain documentation in SharePoint, and assist with audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent delays and discrepancies.
