General Responsibilities of the Delivery Associate

• Comply with strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
• Interact positively and professionally with customers and the general public when delivering products to homes, stores, and businesses.
• Follow up on customer requests or issues with a solution-oriented approach, keeping them informed about delivery progress.
• Use portable technology to deliver packages to customers, manage delivery progress, and resolve obstacles.
• Organize and prepare a delivery route to meet the customer promise.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition at all times. Assist in training other team members.
• Perform activities at the delivery station when applicable, including sorting and general tasks.

Delivery Associate Work Environment

• Drive a delivery van weighing up to 4,575 kg (10,100 lbs) to customers' homes and businesses, climbing in and out of the vehicle and using ladders as needed to deliver packages in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility is key; routes may vary and experience delays due to traffic, congestion, construction, or other factors.
• Fixed schedule, but there may be adjustments, including overtime and possible schedule changes depending on the time of year, peak season, or other factors.

Position Requirements for Delivery Associate

• Ability to lift, bend, reach overhead, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts of up to 12 hours.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week. This is a full-time position.
• Ability to operate and drive a van weighing up to 4,577 kg (10,100 lbs).
• Ability to operate a GPS effectively.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 32 kg (70 lbs) each.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Be 21 years of age or older.

• Use portable technology to deliver packages to customers, manage delivery progress, and resolve obstacles.

Basic Requirements for Delivery Associates

• Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Drug test and background check

• Previous professional driving experience
• Previous experience representing a well-known consumer brand professionally

• Ability to work in a team in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
