Mars Canada Demand Planning Specialist

Join the Mars Canada Pet Nutrition division in Bolton as a Demand Planning Specialist. This position emphasizes driving forecast accuracy through effective collaboration and data management in a flexible work environment.

In this role, you will oversee the demand plan for key brands, coordinating with Sales to ensure accurate forecasts and maintaining comprehensive reporting via Power BI. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage demand planning for specified brands and products
• Collaborate with Sales teams for accurate annual forecasting
• Ensure availability of demand forecasts per planning milestones
• Support DMR processes using relevant market data
• Maintain and update forecast templates and reports regularly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
• 2+ years work experience in Demand Planning or related fields
• In-depth understanding of CPG retail environment in Canada
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Advanced skills in MS Office and preferred Power BI knowledge
