Elevate category growth as a Merchandise Planner, driving demand forecasting and strategic inventory management in a hybrid work setup. This role blends analytical skills with impactful decision-making to meet customer demands seamlessly.

In a 16-month term position, you will contribute to the Supply Chain Planning team's success by leveraging 3+ years of experience in category or demand planning. Key responsibilities include developing accurate demand forecasts and managing inventory levels to ideally balance stock availability with financial targets. This role is pivotal in ensuring profitability through careful alignment of inventory investments with overarching merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate demand forecasts for financial goals
  • Manage inventory to avoid stock discrepancies
  • Own OTB execution for strategic alignment
  • Analyze sales data to refine inventory plans

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in category or demand planning
