VP of Mergers & Acquisitions at Peloton

Drive Peloton's M&A strategy as the VP of Mergers & Acquisitions located in Downtown Calgary. In this key role, you'll manage the lifecycle of acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, you will be responsible for sourcing, executing, and integrating M&A deals that align with the company's long-term vision. Strong expertise in finance and a strategic mindset are essential for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the energy technology sector. Key Responsibilities: • Source and evaluate strategic acquisition opportunities • Oversee the full M&A lifecycle from target screening to integration • Conduct detailed market analysis and due diligence • Collaborate with internal teams to execute transactions • Define and track integration synergies post-merger Requirements: • At least 8 years of M&A or investment banking experience • Successful leadership in full M&A transactions • Expertise in financial modeling and valuations • Experience in the software or energy/industrial sectors preferred • Strong executive communication skills Be a pivotal force in shaping Peloton's inorganic growth initiatives through strategic M&A. #J-18808-Ljbffr
