AJC Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life cycle recruiting across our Logistics and Food platforms. You will partner with hiring managers, leadership, and HR to translate manpower plans into hires and maintain timely, high-quality candidate pipelines for multiple countries. The successful candidate will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other channels, build university partnerships, and own recruiting dashboards and SOPs while aligning with our global
