If you are passionate about fine jewelry, excel in a supportive and high-quality production environment, and are looking to grow within a company that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and excellence, this role could be the perfect fit./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliHandle various aspects of bench work, including casting, wax work, and stone setting (pav, channel, bezel, prong), ensuring high-quality craftsmanship./liliApply precision and efficiency in soldering, assembly, and polishing to maintain production standards./liliFocus exclusively on new jewelry manufacturing, rather than repair work./li/ululliMaintain high quality control standards to ensure exquisite craftsmanship./liliWork with a variety of metals and gemstones, applying expert techniques./li/ululliParticipate in cross-training to enhance adaptability and efficiency across different jewelry-making techniques./liliContribute to a team-oriented, professional environment with a shared commitment to excellence./liliStay informed on industry trends and techniques, continuously refining and expanding skill sets./li/ulh3Skills, Experience, and Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum 2 years of experience as a Bench Jeweler, with hands-on expertise in soldering, assembly, casting, wax work, and polishing, as well as proficiency in working with precious metals, gemstones, and various bench techniques./liliFamiliarity with stone setting is beneficial, with a willingness to develop and refine skills in this area.
