Pediatric Oncology CPOE Informatics Pharmacist

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Chemo CPOE Informatics Pharmacist to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of chemotherapy CPOE systems.

The role combines clinical pharmacy, informatics, and pediatric oncology to ensure safe, accurate orders, dosing, and documentation for children. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and IT staff, provide training, and support quality and safety initiatives while reporting to the Manager, Pharmacy Systems and
