Person Specification Education, Training & Experience Degree, trade qualification, or technical certification relevant to your discipline (engineering, construction, quality, safety, or project controls). Experience within construction, high‐tech, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or life‐sciences environments is desirable. Previous experience working on large‐scale or technically complex projects is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a team‐based, site‐driven environment. Strong awareness of quality, safety, and compliance obligations. IT literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
