At Rochester Regional Health, our Gynecologic Oncology Advanced Practice Providers are vital members of a multidisciplinary team caring for women with complex gynecologic cancers and related conditions. In partnership with the Lipson Cancer Institute, you'll collaborate with gynecologic oncologists, nurses, social workers, and support staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the cancer journey. This unique opportunity offers a blend of clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, procedural development, and collaboration within a highly specialized oncology practice dedicated to improving outcomes and supporting patients every step of the way.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
• Practice based at Rochester General Hospital
• Join a collaborative Gynecologic Oncology team in partnership with the Lipson Cancer Institute
• Opportunities available for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to women with gynecologic cancers and complex gynecologic conditions
• Work alongside experienced gynecologic oncologists and multidisciplinary oncology specialists
• Opportunity to develop procedural skills, including pelvic examinations, biopsies, and other in-office gynecologic procedures
• Participate in treatment planning, survivorship care, patient education, and supportive oncology services
• Meaningful patient relationships with the ability to support patients throughout diagnosis, treatment, and recovery
• Strong onboarding, mentorship, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Eligible for New York State licensure
• NCCPA certification required for Physician Assistants
• Board certification required for Nurse Practitioners
• Oncology, women's health, surgical, or related clinical experience preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in GYN Onc are welcome to apply
