Help Adolescents Build a New Legacy

At Clearfork Academy, we provide high-quality substance abuse and mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults. We're seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Territory Outreach Specialist who thrives on building connections, creating opportunities, and driving growth throughout Dallas and Northeast Texas.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with treatment providers, healthcare professionals, schools, community organizations, and recovery networks throughout your territory
  • Increase program awareness and admissions through strategic outreach and relationship development
  • Manage and grow a designated territory across Dallas and Northeast Texas
  • Identify and develop new referral opportunities through networking, prospecting, and community engagement
  • Serve as a trusted resource regarding Clearfork Academy's programs and continuum of care
  • Collaborate closely with Admissions to ensure smooth communication and continuity of care
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead activity while maintaining accurate CRM documentation
  • Develop and execute monthly territory growth plans
  • Represent Clearfork Academy at professional meetings, networking events, and community functions
  • Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory while managing a structured outreach schedule
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand referral partnerships

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of experience in substance abuse treatment preferred or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships
  • Excellent organizational and territory management skills
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and standard computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound professional judgment
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Professional presence and confidence when interacting with referral sources and community partners
  • Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and professional boundaries
