HR Advisor - ELYSIS 12-Month Contract

ELYSIS is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor for a 12-month maternity coverage. This role focuses on HR process execution, recruitment, and enhancing employee experience in a dynamic environment.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will streamline HR operations and ensure coherence within cross-functional processes. The ideal candidate has solid generalist HR experience and a keen interest in process optimization. You will support talent management, staff integration and oversee communication strategies, contributing to a unified culture at ELYSIS.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for various departments
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and intern programs
• Coordinate HR cycles to ensure organizational alignment
• Support organizational changes and enhance employee culture
• Facilitate HR communications and participate in committees

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong interest in process improvement
• Bilingual in French and English
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
