MRO Parts Planner for Maintenance Management

In this role, you will oversee MRO inventory management, planning stock levels and reorder points to support seamless operations. Collaborating closely with Maintenance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and suppliers, you'll forecast spare-part needs and facilitate both planned and reactive work orders. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate equipment BOMs and inventory records utilizing CMMS/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage MRO inventory and stock levels
• Forecast spare-parts needs based on schedules
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
• Support work orders and preventive maintenance initiatives
• Conduct audits and improve existing processes

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of MRO inventory or supply chain experience
• Familiarity with CMMS/ERP software like SAP or Maximo
• Strong MRO inventory management understanding
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
