About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Design & Social Media Intern based in Brazil (or in a similar timezone) to help grow Azteco's brand presence and user engagement across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual design, internet culture, Bitcoin, and creating content that captures attention.

You will work closely with the sales and growth team to create high-performing creative assets, product graphics, digital campaigns, and social media content for audiences in Brazil and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media graphics, ads, stories, and promotional content
• Create product graphics, UI mockups, educational visuals, and branded marketing assets
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Support paid social advertising campaigns with creative assets and ad variations
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics for digital campaigns
• Assist with social media scheduling and content calendar management
• Research trends, memes, creators, and emerging social formats
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and growth teams on campaigns and launches: visit stores, follow up on in store promotions/campaigns
• Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest creative optimizations

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese is required
• Strong English communication skills preferred
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or related field
• Strong visual design skills with experience using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats
• Ability to create clean, modern, internet-native graphics and visual content
• Basic video editing skills are a plus
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Interest in fintech, startups, technology, or Bitcoin is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for brands, startups, or creator accounts
• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
• Experience designing product marketing assets or app visuals
• Passion for Bitcoin and financial inclusion
