Role Description

We are looking to hire a lawyer who can be a 2nd chair in large cases while training to become the first chair. We are a self-starting firm, meaning that you will have the freedom to manage your time. While trial experience is a plus, great legal research skills and experience are crucial. We are dedicated to satisfying our clients, and you should read our reviews because they will reveal who we are. This is pegged as a $95,000 position, but we are as eager as you to increase the compensation based on your progress and performance.

Qualifications

• Law school graduate admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.
• Expertise in eDiscovery, handling document productions, preparing written discovery requests and responses, summarizing exhibits and testimony, legal research, and legal writing for motions and briefs.
• Able to self-manage and own the job; there will be no "supervisor," but there will be plenty of guidance and help from senior team members.
