divh2Job Opportunity/h2pThe person filling this position is responsible for greeting residents, guests, vendors and other visitors to the property and providing assistance and guidance as necessary. Responsibilities include: Greets everyone that enters the building and provides direction and guidance as necessary. Assists residents as necessary upon their arrival in the building. Logs vendors in and out. Acts as liaison between residents and management. Answers incoming calls professionally and takes accurate and detailed messages. Fields resident questions, concerns and complaints. Provides additional support to the Management team as needed.
