Coupa Lead Administrator

Position Summary

Our client, a leading organization in the Financial Services sector, is seeking a Coupa Administrator to serve as the primary resource for the administration, support, and optimization of its Coupa platform. This individual will partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Technology teams to ensure the platform is operating efficiently and supporting key business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Coupa administration experience, strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) knowledge, and the ability to drive process improvements while supporting users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Coupa platform, including user setup, security, workflows, approvals, business rules, and system configurations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Coupa-related support, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests.
• Manage supplier data, catalogs, purchasing policies, and invoice processing configurations.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support platform upgrades, testing activities, and new feature implementations.
• Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors on ERP integrations and data management initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to procurement, spend management, and AP operations.
• Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, training materials, and user guides.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements associated with procurement and financial controls.
• Drive user adoption through training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
