On-Site Material Coordinator Role

Drive materials management on-site with a pivotal role as a Material Coordinator in Montreal's major industrial project. This position focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing critical materials effectively.

Based entirely on-site, this role reports directly to the Construction Manager. You'll be a hands-on professional, ensuring the material status is visible, maintaining condition checks, and guaranteeing availability for contractors. Your expertise will be vital for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the receiving, inspection, and storage of materials
• Ensure proper tracking in Oracle Unifier and InEight systems
• Manage overages, shortages, and damages with the team
• Organize storage areas and facilitate material release
• Plan major equipment deliveries respecting construction priorities

Requirements:

• Experience in site-based material coordination
• Proficient with Oracle Unifier and InEight tracking
• Strong organizational skills for storage management
• Capable of managing OS&D efficiency
• Familiarity with construction equipment and delivery planning
