Part Time Registered Nurse at Providence Care

Deliver compassionate care as a part time Registered Nurse at Providence Transitional Care Centre. Provide effective, patient-centered care in non-acute settings while collaborating with an inter-professional team.
In this role, you will be a vital part of an inter-professional team, delivering safe care tailored to meet the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients. The part time Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a focus on enhancing patients' quality of life while following Nursing Standards of Practice.
Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate health status and initial care plans for patients
• Collaborate with families and teams on care priorities
• Provide direct patient care within professional scope
• Advocate for patients and uphold their rights
• Participate in discharge planning while ensuring best outcomes

Requirements:

• Active nursing license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certification
• Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
• BNSc preferred but not mandatory
• Commitment to a people-centered approach
