About the Position

Travel CNA – Long-Term Care (LTC/SNF)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality resident care while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Assignment Details

• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift Length: 12 Hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Obtain and document vital signs and other patient care information.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support individualized, goal-directed care plans under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
• Active CNA certification/license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
