Global Demand Planning Lead SIOP & Forecasting

Colonial Group is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to own the Demand and Market pillars of the SIOP process across go-to-market regions. You will develop an accurate, data-driven demand plan aligned with commercial strategy and financial goals. You will lead forecasting, analytics, CRM discipline, and performance management, ensuring visibility of risks and opportunities, and acting as the integrator between Demand Planning, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Planning.
