Bilingual Intermodal Clerk - Ops & Customer Service

Canadian National Inc. is seeking an Intermodal Clerk to support ingate/outgate transactions, assist drivers, and provide train journals for safe and efficient operations across CN's network.

The role requires hands-on, outdoor-friendly work with a safety-first mindset, delivery of customer service via calls and emails, and collaboration with Port Operators and Managers. The position is office-based, unionized, with 2 months of on-the-job training and a strong benefits package.
