Job description
Physician - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. No on-call, no evenings, no holidays, some weekends with flex time off. Exact details negotiable.
Compensation: $240,000 to $300,000 base salary, dependent upon experience. Annual performance bonus. Malpractice insurance. Health/dental/vision insurance. HSA/FSA. Paid time off package. CME allowance with paid time off. 401k with match. Many more perks and benefits. Full details negotiable.

Position Description
The primary care physician will see a variable number of patients per day, depending upon the types of appointments scheduled. All visits are supported by dedicated clinical assistants. All work is standard outpatient primary care and the practice can accommodate a family practice or internal medicine patient panel. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Annual wellness exams
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses
- Diagnose and treat chronic diseases and conditions
- Prescribe and/or administer medication, therapy, and other care as needed
- Explain procedures and discuss test results/prescribed treatments with patients
- Monitor conditions and progress, re-evaluating treatments as necessary
- Provide health and wellness advice (diet, physical activity, disease prevention, etc.)
- Refer patients to medical specialists when necessary
- Participate in practice activities such as provider meetings and training sessions
The practice uses the MDLand EHR. The physician will work with a majority Chinese-speaking patient population and must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
Requirements
New York medical license. DEA. Board certified/eligible, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Must speak Mandarin or Cantonese fluently.
