• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Managers and other teams
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone calls
• Resolve shipping disputes and handle urgent orders
• Work with finance to manage invoicing accurately

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of customer service or order processing experience
• Detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills
• Experience with CRM software, especially NetSuite
