Replenishment Associate – Day Shift

Candidate Source is hiring a Replenishment Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing e-commerce fulfillment center in Henrico, VA. This hands-on role focuses on keeping warehouse inventory stocked, supporting receiving operations, and ensuring products are organized and ready for order fulfillment.

Shift/Hours

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Temp-to-hire opportunity

Job Duties

• Monitor inventory at pick locations and replenish products from bulk storage
• Use warehouse management software and handheld scanners to track inventory and complete replenishment tasks
• Unload, check in, and stage incoming shipments
• Verify product quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders
• Put away bulk and overflow inventory in designated locations
• Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or labeling issues
• Use pallet jacks and hand trucks safely while keeping the warehouse clean and organized

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using warehouse technology, including inventory software and handheld scanners
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Reliable transportation to Henrico, VA
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance
• Ability to push and pull pallet jacks and carts loaded up to 100 pounds
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and reach at or above shoulder level
• Comfortable working in a warehouse that may be warm during summer months

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience using pallet jacks
• Previous receiving or inventory replenishment experience
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
