Are you an experienced Certified Nurse-Midwife seeking more than just a position - one where you can help build and shape a thriving midwifery practice?
Texas Health Medical Associates (THMA) invites you to join a growing team of midwives developing an independent, midwifery-led practice supported by collaborative physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
In less than one year, the Mansfield community has enthusiastically embraced midwifery-led care, as reflected by a rapidly growing patient base and increasing birth volumes. As this practice continues to expand, we are seeking experienced CNMs who are excited not only to provide exceptional care, but also to actively contribute to developing and strengthening the midwifery model within a
large health system.

expanding to 5 full-time CNMs to provide 24/7 midwife coverage while
supporting an equitable and sustainable work-life balance.
We are looking for a midwife who is:
* Experienced and clinically confident
* Motivated to help build and refine a growing program
* Passionate about advancing midwifery care in a hospital-based setting

What You'll Do
As part of our midwifery program, you will:
* Provide full-scope care to patients-from prenatal through postpartum
* Attend and support births, including labor management, vaginal deliveries, and first-assist cesarean sections
* Conduct well-woman and gynecologic care across the lifespan
* Collaborate closely with OBGYNs, perinatologists, and other specialists for high-risk cases
* Educate and empower patients to make informed healthcare decisions
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, hospital committees, and midwifery program development

Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of CNM experience
* Must have managed at least 25 deliveries within the past two years
* Licensed and able to practice in Texas
* Comfortable practicing within a collaborative CNM group model
* Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based midwifery care
