Purchasing Buyer for Installation Projects

Join our Installation Operations team as a Purchasing Buyer, where you'll coordinate procurement across Canada. Your role ensures timely material delivery, project cost visibility, and procurement efficiency.

We seek an organized and proactive individual for the Purchasing Buyer position. This critical role involves creating and managing purchase orders, reviewing requests for accuracy, and facilitating communication with suppliers. You'll interact with Project Managers, Sales, and Warehouse teams to keep projects on track and ensure material aligns with budgets and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase orders for equipment and materials
• Review purchasing requests for accuracy and required delivery dates
• Track open orders and follow up on delivery commitments
• Assist in reconciling purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain strong supplier relationships for efficient transactions

Requirements:

• Education in Business Administration or Supply Chain
• Experience in procurement or project coordination
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
