Senior Buyer for Capital Projects

Mosaic is seeking a Senior Buyer with over 5 years of procurement experience. In this crucial role, you will partner with Capital teams to create project scopes and lead the bidding process. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier performance and collaborating with EPCM firms to align sourcing activities with company needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Capital teams on project scopes
• Conduct bid analysis and award recommendations
• Manage supplier relationships through agreement lifecycle
• Collaborate with Legal on contract drafting
• Process purchase orders and resolve invoicing issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years in procurement or purchasing roles
• 3+ years in industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience with CMMS or ERP systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills Drive procurement excellence and optimize supply chain management as a Senior Buyer with Mosaic.
