Job Summary:

The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing inpatient case management activities including utilization review, discharge planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role focuses on coordinating patient care, optimizing healthcare resources, and supporting safe and timely patient discharges.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN State License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2+ years of inpatient case management experience
• Experience with Utilization Review
• Strong knowledge of discharge planning and regulatory compliance
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
