Oncology NP Survivorship & Patient Care Lead

The Cedars-Sinai Nurse Practitioner role delivers oncology survivorship care, coordinating across care settings with four Breast Oncology Physicians. You will perform advanced assessments, order tests as needed, and document care in the EMR to support optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient and family education, treatment planning, and collaboration with the care team in a 5/8 schedule (Mon-Fri, no weekends). Oncology experience preferred for this role.
