Warehouse supervisor

Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor Duration: 6-month contract (possible extension) Location: 100% onsite – Greensburg, PA 15601 Pay range: $25-26/hr Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Oversee on-floor robotics operations and guide Robotics Specialists throughout the shift Serve as the main escalation point for robot issues, safety concerns, and operational deviations Coordinate task assignments, monitor workflow, and ensure coverage across warehouse zones Communicate updates between customer teams, site supervision, and internal engineering Support hands-on tasks as needed, including troubleshooting and robot monitoring Must-Have Requirements: Proven supervision experience in technical, operations, or warehouse environments Strong technical aptitude with devices, interfaces, hardware tools, or robotics systems Ability to walk/stand for most of the shift in an active warehouse setting Clear and confident communication with internal teams and customer reps Steel or composite-toe boots (owned or willingness to purchase) Plusses: Experience with robotics or automation in production or warehouse settings Basic hardware troubleshooting or technical operations background Comfort with controllers, joystick-style interfaces, or similar inputs Exposure to warehouse logistics, industrial equipment, or automation workflows Experience training or mentoring small teams The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
