About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and maintenance of a multi-year technology roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing technology governance, standards, and policies, and will advise executive leadership on technology opportunities and risks.

The CTO will also drive continuous improvement across all technology functions, own the enterprise architecture strategy, and lead major technology modernization initiatives. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that technology solutions are integrated, scalable, and aligned, and to support data-driven decision-making across the firm. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a strong background in technology strategy and governance, enterprise architecture, business intelligence, and data strategy.

Experience in the legal field and knowledge of Aderant is a plus. The role requires the CTO to oversee infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and technology operations, and to establish and maintain a cybersecurity strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology financial management, be adept at measuring technology ROI, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

The CTO will work closely with the COO and Chief Innovation Officer to ensure that technology delivers measurable business outcomes, operational efficiencies, and a superior user experience.
