La Vie en Rose Supply Chain Coordinator

Become a Supply Chain Coordinator at La Vie en Rose, where you'll optimize procurement processes for stores in Canada and the U.S. This full-time role involves supplier negotiations and operational coordination.

As part of the procurement team, you will report to the Director of Procurement, focusing on contract management and ensuring high service levels across locations. Your efforts in coordinating special requests and identifying new suppliers will greatly enhance the efficiency of our operations and support our store networks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier follow-ups
• Address supply needs from stores and Head Office
• Support procurement for U.S. operations
• Evaluate products and services for suitability
• Conduct research to find new suppliers globally

Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Good understanding of SharePoint is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication
