Senior SCM Project Contracts Specialist

Support project contracts, sourcing events, and supplier performance onsite in Calgary with clear communication and rigorous records management. Canadian work authorization is required. InSync Systems Inc. is hiring two Senior SCM Projects Contracts Advisors for 12-month contracts. Reporting to the Manager, SCM Projects, you will keep awarded contracts organized, documented, and aligned with company processes. The work spans onboarding, meetings, changes, cost tracking, supplier follow-up, sourcing, approvals, and close-out. Key Responsibilities:

Review contract scope, terms, deliverables, costs, schedules, and procedures Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs, and approval packages Monitor supplier performance, milestones, risks, actions, and outstanding items Manage information requests, amendments, change orders, approvals, and records Prepare bids, coordinate evaluations, support negotiations, and issue awards Requirements:

Eight or more years of contracts, procurement, supply chain, or project support experience Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience Working knowledge of contract administration, sourcing, commercial processes, and legal terms Experience with electronic contract, document management, or signature systems Ability to analyze risks, communicate clearly, and manage multiple deadlines Use your sourcing, contract change, supplier performance, and documentation expertise supporting SCM projects in Calgary.
