Strategic Project Buyer – Tender & Suppliers

Alstom is seeking a Project Buyer in Toronto to manage procurement during tenders, engage suppliers, and collaborate with Engineering to optimize cost and delivery. You will prepare tender packages, analyze quotations, and ensure adherence to procurement policies.

The role requires a degree in Purchasing or related field, procurement experience, and preferably familiarity with electronics and N&T materials. A second language is a plus, and Excel proficiency is expected.
