Oncology Lab Director — Lead High-Impact Molecular Diagnostics

BillionToOne Inc. is seeking a Senior Laboratory Director, Oncology in Menlo Park, CA to lead and own the daily operations of our high-complexity oncology clinical laboratory.

You will oversee quality, turnaround time, capacity, cost, and regulatory compliance while directing a growing team onsite 2–3 days per week. You will manage somatic variant interpretation, oncology report sign-out, vendor relationships, and evidence-based assay development with cross-functional partners.
