Position Overview:
Allison Audiology is seeking an experienced and compassionate Audiologist who is passionate about patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and motivated to provide comprehensive audiologic care while becoming a trusted long-term hearing healthcare partner for their patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing for adult patients
- Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care
- Evaluate candidacy for and manage Lyric hearing aids, including insertions and ongoing patient management
- Perform tinnitus assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct auditory processing evaluations and provide treatment recommendations

Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in a private practice setting, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting skills
- Experience with tinnitus management and/or auditory processing evaluations is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary plus bonus potential $105,000–$115,000
