Enhance workplace safety as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist. Lead health and safety initiatives while developing training programs tailored to improve compliance and safety in waste management. This specialist role requires 3-5 years of progressively senior experience in health and safety, ideally within fleet safety operations. You will manage comprehensive health and safety records, conduct audits, and implement best practice recommendations while engaging with a diverse workforce. Your insights and efforts will directly influence the organization's safety standards and operational efficiency.
