Human Resources Manager

Our client is a well-established organization seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all core human resources functions. This is a hands-on role supporting both employees and leadership across a collaborative and service-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for all employee relations, compliance, and HR operations matters
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across corporate and field-based positions
• Process payroll and oversee HRIS/payroll administration
• Partner with leadership to support employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation
• Support benefits administration and employee communication related to health and retirement programs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a hands-on environment
• Experience managing multiple areas of HR including payroll, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and training
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM certification preferred
