Position Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in supporting residents with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. You will work closely with the nursing team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Serve meals and provide nourishment between meals as needed
• Safely ambulate, turn, and position residents
• Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Support a professional, collaborative, and resident-focused team culture

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
