Position Summary
Support QC microbiology activities for the release of GMP, clinical, and development-stage products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily QC microbiology operations in a regulated laboratory setting.
• Perform microbiological assays on in-process samples, including growth promotion testing.
• Ensure all testing is carried out in compliance with SOPs, GMP standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and order to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.
• Demonstrate adaptability by learning new techniques and achieving proficiency.
• Assist with method verification processes for both clinical and commercial product pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related scientific field.
• 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably within pharmaceutical or biotech environments under GMP.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to meet schedule and project demands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to follow written procedures accurately.
