About Us

At True North General Contracting, we believe construction should be built on more than just wood, steel, and concrete—it should be built on quality, honesty, and integrity.

Our two owners came together with a shared vision: to create a construction company built not just on craftsmanship, but on values. After seeing firsthand what it's like to work in an environment that doesn't prioritize its people, they set out to build a company where employees would feel happy, safe, and supported. That mission continues to guide everything we do.

From residential renovations to new builds, we take pride in doing every job right and treating our clients and team members with respect. Our employee-focused culture means we listen, support, and provide the tools you need to succeed—because when our people thrive, so does our work.

If you're looking for a company where craftsmanship and care go hand in hand, and where you'll be part of a team that truly values you, True North is the place to build your career.
