Senior AP Specialist - Hybrid, Vendor Onboarding

Capital Area Food Bank in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full-cycle AP process, including invoice processing, vendor onboarding, and accurate general ledger coding. You will coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to ensure timely payments and strong internal controls.

The role requires 3–5 years of AP or accounting experience, preferably in nonprofit or high-volume environments, with strong data entry and Excel skills.
