Salary Range: $20.24-$21/hour
Job Type: Full-time and part-time

Responsibilities of back of house team members:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Know tasks for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and food preparation
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
- Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying updated on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing duties as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other assigned duties
